February 28, 2011 - Pleasing God - Take 2!

So, after posting this morning and thinking again about the message last night (see the post under "Living Life Abundantly") I was excited to share what the Lord had showed me with my co-worker this morning.  I told her that I was tired of living for self and that I really wanted to do things that please the Lord.  Well, sure enough, it wasn't but a few hours later I caught myself muttering and being definitely unkind about someone else...um, and had to go apologize to her AND to the Lord for not keeping an attitude that pleased Him!  She just smiled, and God forgave me...but I was reminded again how easy it is to slip into the flesh and out of the Spirit!!  *Sigh*  God's still workin' on me...
